Lastly, maintaining a budget is crucial. If you treat yourself to an expensive meal this week, you should reduce your spending the following week. Additionally, you can implement a reward system for yourself. For instance, if you manage to spend less than, say, 500 yuan in a month, you can permit yourself a 200 yuan luxury item the following week. The amount should be adjusted based on your earnings and savings.
